When you email or call, you choose the contact and project details you share. Useful information includes the property location, building type, room, proposed changes, timing, and known constraints. Share only what is needed to discuss the work.

When the website form is available, it collects your name, email, preferred contact method, project location, property context, room, proposed work, timing, investment-planning context, and message. A phone number is requested when you choose phone contact. You can also share a referral source.

How an inquiry is sent

An email link opens a draft in your email app. Opening the draft does not send an inquiry through the website; you review and send it yourself. Your email provider or phone service handles that communication.

When you use the website form, the page address, referring page, and campaign tags can accompany the inquiry. The service also receives consent, submission identifiers, and timing information used to validate and process the request.

Why Cardea requests it

The information helps Cardea review the location and work you are considering and respond to your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a schedule, or guarantee project acceptance.

Storage and receipt

Direct emails are handled through Cardea’s email service. Information you share by phone may be used to follow up on the project. The public website does not publish an inquiry directory.

When the website form is available, its inquiry service stores accepted project details in the website’s database. If receipt cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your details so you can retry or contact Cardea directly.

Contact Cardea to ask about handling or retention, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Describe the inquiry and the request without emailing passwords or other sensitive credentials.
